Free Unlimited Access to eDesk Until September 2020
One of the trends in eCommerce customer service as a result of Covid-19 is a surge in the volume of inbound requests from consumers to companies - up 54% year on year according to xSellco.
As part of a series of business support offers to multichannel online retailers, xSellco has decided to give new users free unlimited access to eDesk until the end of September to help them cope with this rise in inbound queries.

The eCommerce Association of Ireland (eCAI) and its partners have set up the eCommerce TaskForce, a directory of eCommerce professionals and services who are volunteering their time and expertise in solidarity during this emergency.
